Returns - All items may be returned within 7 days of date of purchase, as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, and the tags are still on. The shipping costs of the returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to make a return, please email us at email@example.com.
Sale Items - There will be no returns or exchanges on our sale items on the website or in-person pop-up shops.
Damaged Items - For all online orders, if your item(s) arrive damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and send an email with a photo of the damaged item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges - If you need to exchange any of your items for another size or color please email us at email@example.com.
Refunds- Please allow up to 7 days for your returned item(s) to be processed. If your return meets our criteria above, your refund will be initiated for the full price of the item at the time that you purchased the item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds of your refund to be back in your account.
